Refund Policy

Torana Video Movies guarantees their original DVD’s to be free of manufacturing defects. Each DVD movie is personally checked by our staff before it is shipped from our stores. However should a defective DVD he received by a buyer, you may return the detective DVD to us within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund or to receive another DVD of the same movie.

In order to qualify for a 100% refund you have to notify us via email to info@toranavideo.com within 30 days of receiving the product.

All Torana Video Movie DVD’s are shipped via a Courier. If you do not receive the package from the Courier due to some reason, we will give you the option of getting a 100% refund or will re-ship the product to you at no extra cost. If you do not receive me product within 14 days of shipping please email us at info@toranavldeo.com to get the refund or to have the product re-shipped to you.
